I'm so happy to have Anissa here today celebrating with me! This lovely lady has been a staple on my sidebar for I've lost track of how many months! I think she's pretty awesome & I know y'all are going to love her too!

Hey everyone! I’m Anissa from Chasing Hailey. Jaime invited
me to come over and visit with you guys today to share a recipe of mine (or in
this case my mother-in-law’s).
Over at
Chasing Hailey I don’t have a food blog, but I do like to cook and we have
quite a brood to cook for. My goal in cooking is to make good food that can be healthy,
but that doesn’t take a lot of time to make.
I know that it’s the first of the year and that a lot of you
have probably got a list of New Year’s resolutions…at the top of many of them
might be to eat healthier and exercise more. I don’t know about you, but
whether I do that or not….I am going to need SOME sweets. If I’m going to do it…it
might as well be something totally yummy!
With that said, I bring you the yummiest cookies….EVER!
Before I had these, buckeyes were my favorite…not anymore! I have no earthly
idea what the actual name for them are, but they are a form of chocolate peanut butter
drop cookies.
Yummiest
Cookies EVER
1 lb. Candy Quick (premium candy coating or
chocolate bark…called different things in diff. places) broken up
½ C Chunky Peanut Butter

1 C Miniature Marshmallows
1 C Rice Krispies
1 C Dry Roasted Peanuts
Directions:
Add
peanut butter to chocolate bark and melt per package directions (I melted mine
in the microwave for 1 minute)
Once chocolate/
peanut butter mixture is melted (if you used the provided container transfer to
large bowl) stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper
covered cookie sheet and place in refrigerator to harden.
This
recipe yields approximately 2 ½ dozen cookies.
Jaime….thanks
so much for letting me stop by and share this yummy dessert with ya’ll!
